Premium Service enhances our recruiting service by offering additional assessment services for your final or short-listed candidates:

• Advanced Assessment Centre Testing
• A custom Development Plan of Action for the candidate
• An Extended One-Year Warranty Period for the candidate

During the assessment centre portion of Premium Service, you candidate will undergo five hours of testing including role placy, analysis and presentation, interview skills and our Business Attitudes Questionnaire action plan. Your candidate will participate in business simulation exercises that mimick the skills and abilities required by your organisation. Assessment centres allow for early detection of high performers. Participants have a better understanding of themselves, which allows them to establish a career plan. Our assessment centres come with our double-guarantee – two assessors to ensure objectivity.

After the Assessment Centre testing, we’ll construct a candidate Development Plan that aligns with your organisation’s growth plans and objectives. The Development Plan includes action items for the candidate such as coaching, training, lectures, business cases, specific projects, specific activities in the workplace, all within specific timeframes.
