Fernando holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Human Resource Management degree from ICADE.
His extensive experience in the Human Resources field began at field of Human Resources began in 1986 at El Corte Inglés, where he worked in Technical HR for three years.
After this, Fernando was an HR Manager for Deloitte for four years. In 1993, he began working for Randstad as Director of Human Resources.
In 2000 he joined TMP (Hudson since 2003) and has since become Director of Talent Management for Hudson in Spain.
Fernando is also a professor of Human Resources at several postgraduate schools. Since 2005 he has served as Director of the Executive Masters Program in HR for the Garrigues Study Center.
